    Employment History

Thirty two years of law enforcement experience with the Toronto Police Service spanning a cross section of areas of expertise such as: Criminal investigation, Intelligence, Morality & Drug enforcement. The last eighteen years were spent in a leadership and management role responsible for business and resource management of Toronto Police Service operations through the managing, planning, organizing and training of police services and personnel. The fifteen years leading up to retirement in February 2004 were spent employed as a Staff Sergeant in charge of divisional operations in various capacities and units.
