DISCOVER SWIMMING
There are many options available at the Lebovic Leisure Centre in Aquatics.

for 10 and 20 visits for aquafit and recreational swims

Lane Swim
• Times designated for fitness swims
• Open to 10 years of age and older
• Times available throughout the day
• Main pool divided into lanes to suit different abilities
• Therapy jets on in warmer therapy pool during designated times
Leisure Swim
• Available for all ages
• Toys and equipment available for fun water play
• All areas of the pool open including main pool, therapy pool and slide
Parent & Tot
• Therapy pool available perfect for the small ones
• Toys and lifejackets available
• For caregivers and children under 6 years
• Members with tot receive a reduced rate
Senior Swim
• Available for 60 years and older, as well as access to those with special needs
• Main pool open divided into lanes to suit different abilities
• Therapy jets on in the warmer therapy pool
Aquafit
• Available to 14 years and older
• low impact aerobics class that works on cardio and muscle conditioning
• Therapy jets on in warmer therapy pool during designated times
• Memberships available
Low Impact Aquafit
• Available to 14 years and older
• Less strenuous than regular aquafit
• focus on stretching and range of motion
• Ideal for those with limited mobility, muscle and joint tightness and pain
• Very positive experience for those suffering from arthritis
• Therapy jets on in warmer therapy pool during designated times
• Memberships available
Baby & Me Aquafit
• Exercise in the water with your infant (aged 6-18 months)
• Floatation seats provided so infants can remain within arms’ reach of their parents
Aquatic Memberships
• Available in a one year term
• Access to lane and leisure swims
• Access to parent & tot swims (tot of a member is $1.25)
• Access to senior swim (if 60 +)
Aquafit Memberships
• Available in a year term
• Access to all group fitness, aquafit and low impact aquafit classes
