• Leads and supervises the corporation's Senior Management Team,
• Provides for the general management of the Corporation, including statutory duties and in compliance with legislation,
• Ensures Mayor/Members of Council receive best advice on policy/programs plans, service levels, legislative, corporate and governance matters,
• Directs the implementation of corporation's strategic plan/priorities,
• Coordinates and integrates the activities/services of the corporation,
• Develops and directs the Town's economic development strategy,
• Responsible for human resources, labour relations and communications,
• Serves as a key contact liaison with other levels of government, businesses/developers, community groups and the media.
