| Chief Administrative Officer David J. Cash The Chief Administrative Officer is responsible for the administrative leadership and general management of the Corporation. The CAO is also acting as a key advisor and liaison to Council. Other functions originating out of this office include strategic planning, human resources, economic development and communications. |

| Economic Development The Town's economic development program is co-ordinated out of the Chief Administrator's office. The Town's program targets the retention and attraction of new businesses, cultural tourism and rural development opportunities. |

| Clerk's Department Michele Kennedy The Clerk's Department functions as the "administrative service" department within the municipality. The department is responsible for ensuring that the decisions and directions of Council are implemented as required, including the preparation of minutes, agendas and correspondence emanating from Council. In addition, many of the functions performed in the Clerk's Department are statutory duties sanctioned by the Province. A few examples would be: by-law enforcement, administering Town cemeteries, issuing marriage licenses, and acting as Returning Officer for municipal elections. |

| Department of Leisure Services Tom Graham The Department of Leisure Services coordinates, facilitates and administers an expanding and changing program of special events, tourism activities and recreation services. The department also maintains buildings, outdoor sport facilities, playgrounds and general parklands. |

| Development Services & Building Division Tom Parry Development Services administers the planning and development functions of the municipality. This responsibility is carried out in accordance with the Planning Act, its associated regulations and various provincial policy statements, the Region of York Official Plan, the Town Official Plan and General Zoning By-law. |

Administrates the financial affairs of the Municipality by performing a variety of functions including: Accounting, Budgeting, Treasury, Property Tax and Water Billing Revenues, Financial Planning and Internal Control. The Department also manages the employee benefits program, Procurement and Risk/Insurance policies and the Information Technology (IT) for the town. |
