The Whitchurch-Stouffville Museum presents a temporary exhibit on First Nations in the Library case.  Learn about the amazing history of the people here before the early settlers!

How Things Were Done! P.A. Day workshop
Monday, February 1
9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Try out an old-fashioned soup recipe, bake in the Victorian farmhouse kitchen, spend time in the Pioneer classroom & much more!  Just perfect for children aged 8-12.  Pre-registration required.  $40.00 per child (Members'
rate $32.00) includes materials and snacks.  Please bring your own nut-free lunch.

Family Day
Monday, February 15
10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Drop in and create some heritage crafts to take home.  Tour the buildings.
View our new building plans. Visit the gift shop.  A great family experience!  Crafts:  $2.00 per youth.

A chance to experience life as it was more than 100 years ago!  Visit the Log Cabin and try some Pioneer chores.  Help prepare treats in the Farmhouse kitchen.  Complete your lessons on a slate in the 19th-century classroom.
Activities change with the season. Admission is FREE, donations gratefully accepted.

Due to ongoing construction, we won't be installing a changing exhibit at the Museum this summer.  Watch for our temporary exhibits at the Library!

37th Antique and Classic Car Show
Sunday, August 8 (raindate, August 15)
11:00 am - 4:00 pm

Join us as exhibitors from across southern Ontario display their prized antique and classic cars.  Tour historic buildings.  See heritage demonstrations. Children's activities and live entertainment provide fun for the whole family.  Admission: $5.00 per exhibitor (+ one guest), $6.00 per person; $15.00 for family of four; children under 7 FREE.  Due to ongoing construction, please call to confirm event location.

Please join us to start your celebration of the festive season by enjoying light sandwiches, festive cookies and traditional trifle and plum pudding.

Holiday PA Day Workshop for Children

9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Children ages 8-12 will participate in an assortment of hands-on crafts, heritage cooking and traditional games appropriate for the season.  The cost is $40.00 per child (Members' rate $32.00) - includes all materials and snacks.  Pre-registration is required and participants must bring their own nut-free lunch.

A Candlelight Christmas Tour
Saturday, December 11 6:30 OR 8:00 pm
Adults: $15.00, Children: $10.00

Join our costumed staff on this enchanting evening tour!  Explore the development of Christmas traditions by sampling 19th-century foods, entertainment,

& decorations in our Pioneer Log Cabin & Victorian Farmhouse.  Enjoy a horse-drawn wagon ride, then warm up with hot apple cider & traditional baking & maybe even some Christmas carols.  Advance ticket purchase is required.  Due to ongoing construction, please call to confirm status of event.
