Friday, March 7 March Break Kick Off 9:00 am – 4:00 pm Not sure what to do with the kids on the Friday before March Break? Children aged 8-12 will participate in hands-on crafts, heritage cooking and traditional games appropriate for the season. The cost is $40.00 per child (Members’ rate $32.00) – includes all materials and snacks. Pre-registration is required and participants must bring their own nut-free lunch.
Saturday, April 19 REACH Day 10:00 am – 4:00 pm What was Ontario like during the 1800s? Brownies and Guides will participate in a series of unique hands-on activities that will provide them with the opportunity to Really Experience Authentic Cultural Heritage! Activities will take place in the Museum’s historic buildings and can be used to meet various badge requirements. Each troop will participate in a program that will run for a minimum of 1½ hours. Admission: $4.00 per participant. Please call for a start time for your group or for more information.
