Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 2010-001-ZO

By-law 2010-001-ZO was passed by Town Council on Tuesday March 2, 2010 and subsequently approved by the Ontario Municipal Board by Order dated January 13, 2011. Under the Order of the Ontario Municipal Board the new zoning was deferred on certain lands that were subject to appeals. For these deferred areas the provisions of By-law 87-34 remain in force and effect.

NOTE: Zoning By-law has been amended numerous times since its passage on March 2, 2010. This version is not consolidated to reflect all of these amendments but is available here for convenience purposes. For accurate reference please contact the Department of Planning and Building Services to verify the correct zoning of your property.
